ZORAFLUX LTD respects copyrights, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property rights. We review good-faith reports concerning content or products displayed on zoraflux.com.

How to submit a report

Email support@zoraflux.com with the subject “Intellectual property report” and include:

• Your name, contact information and relationship to the rights owner.
• A description of the protected work, trademark or other right and, where applicable, its genuine registration or publication details.
• The exact zoraflux.com URL and a description of the material you believe infringes your rights.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the reported use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for the rights owner.

We may request additional information needed to assess the report. We will review sufficiently detailed reports and take appropriate action where required. This process is for intellectual-property reports only; customer-service questions should also be sent to support@zoraflux.com with the relevant order number.
