Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time. We will email tracking information when it becomes available.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free for all products to all supported destinations, with no minimum order value. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact support@zoraflux.com before ordering.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, estimated transit is generally 1–4 weeks, depending on destination, carrier, customs processing and local conditions. These estimates are not guarantees. Orders may be fulfilled through our logistics partners based on product availability and destination.

Tracking and address accuracy

Please provide a complete street address, postal code and contact details. We cannot deliver to every P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. If tracking shows a problem or your order has not arrived within the estimated period, email us with your order number.

Taxes and import charges

Product pages and checkout indicate taxes collected by the store. Import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by the destination authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
