Products, prices and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, promotions and availability accurate and current. The price, currency, available shipping methods, taxes collected by the store and total payable are shown before you place an order. If we identify a material error before dispatch, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or receiving a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is submitted when checkout is completed. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the item is unavailable, delivery is not supported, the order appears fraudulent or the order breaches applicable law. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Shipping, taxes and import charges

Processing times, estimated transit times, available destinations and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by the destination authority and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Unshipped orders may be cancelled free of charge. Eligibility, time limits, return instructions, return costs and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, use it unlawfully or infringe the rights of others. Website content, branding and original materials may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Intellectual-property reports can be submitted through our Intellectual Property Notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version on this page. Orders already accepted remain subject to the terms and mandatory consumer protections applicable when the order was placed.
